Gali Bar-Ziv – President & CEO
Gali Bar-Ziv brings more than 15 years of management and entrepreneurial experience, including financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, channel development and corporate development. Mr. Bar-Ziv profitably grew a sales, marketing and distribution start-up to sales growth of more than 700% year over year. Prior to that, he successfully turned around the largest service division of a $300 Million financial services company. Mr. Bar-Ziv holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the University of London and an MBA in Strategic and Entrepreneurial studies from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
Khurram Qureshi – Chief Financial Officer
Khurram Qureshi brings over 25 years’ experience in the field of accounting and corporate finance. Mr. Qureshi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and has held senior positions with several small to medium size public companies. He has been a key member on several merger and acquisition teams.

Michael Kraft – Chairman
Michael Kraft is a visionary and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and corporate management, with a strong record of success in both public and private companies. He is the Chairman of Buckingham Group Limited, a privately-owned merchant bank that has played a significant role in the capital formation strategy and financing as a principal of various emerging and growth enterprises. Mr. Kraft is also President of MPK Inc., a management services and consulting business providing strategic planning, business development, corporate development and capital raising services. He is the Founder and Chairman of Lingo Media Corporation, Co-Founder, Chairman and Director of WeedMD Inc, a Director of Blockstrain Technology Corp, Pioneering Technology Corp., JM Capital II Corp. and several private companies. Mr. Kraft received his BA (Economics) from York University (Toronto) in 1985 and under his stewardship, Lingo Media established itself as a trusted leader in English language learning textbook publishing market in China and expanded its market reach through a series of strategic acquisitions that transitioned the company from beyond print-based publishing into eLearning and online training in Latin America and Asia.
The Hon. Jerry S. Grafstein, Q.C., holds degrees from the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto and has taught the Bar Admission Course at Osgoode Hall. Mr. Grafstein has wide-ranging legal and business experience in all aspects of media. He was a co-founder of a range of media companies, focusing on broadcasting, cable, communications, and publication enterprises in Canada, the USA, the UK and South America. Mr. Grafstein recently co-founded on-line news sites from Canada, USA, Brazil, China, Russia, Africa, UK, Europe and the Mideast. He advised several key government ministries, including Transportation, External Affairs, Consumer and Corporate Affairs and Justice. Mr. Grafstein was appointed to the Senate of Canada in 1984 by then Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau. He has served on all Senate Committees, including the Foreign Affairs and the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committees.
Mr. Grafstein served as Chairman of the Senate Banking, Trade and Commerce Committee. While in the Senate, he was a long serving Co-Chair of the Canada-United States Inter-Parliamentary Group, and a long serving senior officer of the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA). Mr. Grafstein retired from the Senate on January 1, 2010. He continues his law practice in corporate finance and communication law and as counsel emeritus to Minden Gross LLP in Toronto and remains active in the local affairs in Toronto. Mr. Grafstein is a director of TeraGo Inc., a company listed on TSX and Multivision Communications Corp., a TSX Venture listed company.
Robert Martellacci (MA EdTech) is president of MindShare Learning Technology, Canada’s leading EdTech strategy, news & events company he founded in 2001. Mr. Martellacci is also president & co-founder of C21 Canada—Canadians for 21st Century Learning & Innovation.
Mr. Martellacci is a lifelong learner who is committed to connecting business and education to transform learning in the 21st century to support student success. He completed a transformational learning journey as a mature student earning a master’s in educational technology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Mr. Martellacci has over 25 years of expertise and thought leadership in education as a former university administrator at York University; he also launched The Learning Company School Division (Kevin O’Leary) which inspired his start-up MindShare Learning Technology following the Mattel acquisition.

Tommy Weibing Gong
Tommy Weibing Gong holds an Engineering degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, and IT certifications through his North American education and started his IT career in 1996 in Silicon Valley. Mr. Gong is founder of Polar Bear Energy Inc., a business in the Cleantech and Greentech sector. He is now a leading commercial property developer in Shanghai. Mr. Gong serves as Chairman of Shanghai Green Town Plaza Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, Shanghai Zhetie Green Town Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, Zysteq North America Corporation, Shanghai Tommy Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, Shanghai Tommy & Jane Property Investment and Management Co., Ltd., and Canada & China Real Estate Management Co., Ltd. He was appointed as Economy Advisor by Shanghai Yangpu District Government in 2010. Mr. Gong is the recipient of “2009: China’s Top 10 Intelligent and Financial Person”; “2010: Person of the Year in Overseas Business”, “2013: China’s Top 10 Outstanding Business Leaders”.
