Lingo Media’s vision on helping the world learn English started more than 15 years ago, with our Lingo Learning publishing business unit. Lingo Learning is one of the early entrants to the educational market in China and has a long and successful partnership working with government agencies, co-publishing more than 520 million product components for K-12 students, college and university students and young professionals throughout China, the world’s largest English language learning market. Lingo Media along with our co-publishing partners, People’s Education Press and PEP Audio Visual Press, command more than a 60% market share in China’s primary school market.

Today, Lingo Media also focuses on developing, marketing and selling digital English language learning solutions through its business unit, ELL Technologies. We began our entry into this sector in 2007, when we became one of the early adopters of speech recognition and speech analysis technologies. We continue to extend our reach globally by focusing on education through technology (“EdTech”), combining state-of-the-art technology with fundamental pedagogical principles. ELL Technologies offers a broad range of innovative, stimulating, and interactive products, including general English courses, English for specific purposes and specialized programs for academic institutions, governments, and corporations.
