Michael Kraft is a visionary and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and corporate management, with a strong record of success in both public and private company leadership. Michael has 10 years of hands-on experience in China and other global markets. He has secured over US $75 Million in equity financing for projects in China and abroad.
Gali Bar-Ziv, brings more than 10 years of management and entrepreneurial experience, including financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, channel development and corporate development. Most recently, Gali profitably grew a sales, marketing and distribution start-up to sales growth of more than 700% year over year. Prior to that, Gali successfully turned around the largest service division of a $300MM financial services company. Gali holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the University of London and an MBA in Strategic and Entrepreneurial studies from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
Khurram Qureshi brings over 22 years experience in the field of accounting and corporate finance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and has held senior positions with several small to medium size public companies. Mr. Qureshi has been a key member on several merger and acquisition teams.

The Honourable Jerry S. Grafstein, Q.C. holds degrees from the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto and has taught the Bar Admission Course at Osgoode Hall. He has wide-ranging legal and business experience in all aspects of media. Mr. Grafstein was a co-founder of a range of media companies, focusing on broadcasting, cable, communications, and publication enterprises in Canada, the US, the UK and South America. He has served as an advisor to several key government ministries, including Transportation, External Affairs, Consumer and Corporate Affairs and Justice. Mr. Grafstein was appointed to the Senate of Canada in 1984 by then Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau. He has served on all Senate Committees, including the Foreign Affairs and the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committees. Mr. Grafstein served as Chairman of the Senate Banking, Trade and Commerce Committee. While in the Senate, he was a long serving Co-Chair of the Canada-United States Inter-Parliamentary Group, and a long serving senior officer of the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA). Mr. Grafstein retired from the Senate on January 1, 2010. He continues his law practice in corporate finance and communication law as counsel to Minden Gross LLP in Toronto and remains active in local affairs in Toronto.
Martin Bernholtz, BBC, CA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Kerbel Group Inc. since 1988, an integrated construction and land development company. In this capacity, he is responsible for strategy, finance, accounting, taxation and personnel. Mr. Bernholtz has considerable sophisticated business experience in real estate, finance and public markets. Mr. Bernholtz graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from York University in 1981 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1984. While in practice at Laventhol & Horwath and at BDO Dunwoody he gained considerable experience in the business valuation and litigation support areas.

He received his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from York University (Toronto) in 1985. Under Michael's stewardship, Lingo Media is expanding its reach into the English language learning education market through a series of strategic acquisitions as the company has transitioned into digital media and training. He has established Lingo Media as a trusted leader in English language learning products and services in the China market with cumulative unit sales of over 350 million over the past ten years.
Mohamed El Ammawy is the Chief Commercial Officer for Orascom Telecom (“OTH”). Mohamed oversees the commercial functions within OTH and Vimpelcom’s BU Asia and Africa covering market development, data & product development, sales, public relations, market planning & pricing as well as customer operations. Mohamed has more than 15 years of commercial and management experience, of which 13 are in the telecom industry. He joined the commercial team of OTH nine years ago; contributed to the success of OTH and participated in the growth of many operators within the group. During his tenure, he achieved and delivered many challenging targets in the markets of Pakistan, Algeria, Egypt, Bangladesh, Tunisia, North Korea, and Canada. Prior to joining OTH, Mohamed held different marketing positions at Vodafone Egypt for more than four years. At the onset of his career, he held various marketing & advertising positions at Coca-Cola Egypt. Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESLSCA Business School in Paris, majoring in International Marketing and a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University in Cairo.
Scott Remborg is an independent consultant in the Information Technology and eCommerce sector. From 2001 to 2003, he was General Manager, eBusiness, at Air Canada. Scott has also held senior management positions at Reuters and I.P. Sharp Associates. From 1994 to 1999, he initiated and led the development of the Sympatico Internet service for Bell Canada and twelve other leading telecommunications companies across Canada. Scott has a MBA from BI Norwegian School of Management and the University of Alberta.
Tommy Weibing Gong holds an Electrical & Mechanics engineering degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, and professional IT certifications through his North America education. He started his IT career in 1996 in Silicon Valley and was the founder of Polar Bear Energy Inc., a business in the energy saving cleantech/greentech sector in both Canada and China. Mr. Gong is now a leading commercial property developer in Shanghai. He is principal shareholder and Chairman of Zysteq North America Corporation, Shanghai Tommy Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, Shanghai Green Town Plaza Development Co., Ltd, Shanghai Canada-China Property Management Co., Ltd, and Shanghai Tommy & Hua Investment Co., Ltd.
